CREEKSIDE RESORT POLICIES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

​AGE REQUIREMENT TO MAKE A RESERVATION: You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a unit at Creekside Resort. Creekside holds the right to revoke any request or reservation if indeed a guest is unable to provide proof of age.​

SMOKERS: Please do NOT smoke inside the cabins, Creekside will charge a $100.00 fee if smoke is detected in a unit. Please smoke outside and kindly throw the remains of the cigarette in the standing ashtrays. We appreciate your effort in helping us keep the resort clean.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Please do not take any of our cookware, linens, towels, bed sheets home with you. You will be charged for missing or damaged items. 

FIREWORKS/FIREARMS: NO fireworks and absolutely no firearms to be used while on the property.

TRASH: Please bag your trash and place it in the dumpster located in the parking lot by the Eagles Nest. There are extra trash bags under the kitchen sink. Do not place trash on the porch overnight.
CHARCOAL GRILLS: Please bring charcoal for grilling. There is a pale at each cabin for ashes.
CLEANING: As a courtesy, please clean up any major messes inside your cabin before checking out. There are rags under the kitchen sink to use for cleaning, do not use the bathroom towels to clean up spills. 
SUPPLIES: If you need additional supplies; trash bags, towels, etc., please call 814-784-0062.
SOILED LINENS: Please call if you need additional linens. There are rags under the kitchen sink to use for cleaning, do not use the bathroom towels to clean up spills.  You will be charged for any damaged/stained or missing towels.
MAINTENANCE: The grounds may be maintained (mowing, etc.) during business hours to preserve the rustic nature of the resort that attracts our guests.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is 3:00PM. Special arrangements may need to be made by office manager depending on arrival time.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is 11:00AM. There is a $50 fee for departing after 11:00am. If departing after 1:00PM you will be charged a full night stay. Please lock the door and place the key in the DROPBOX on the back porch of the office upon departure.
POOL: CLOSES FOR THE WINTER SEASON. Hours: 11am-8pm;  Not Open to the Public. ALL children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult. NO lifeguard on duty - Swim at your own risk.
